The models that help Vantel read a wording are used the way a sealed envelope is: opened, answered, and forgotten.
No training, ever
Vantel uses commercial AI models and does not train or fine-tune any model. Nothing you upload is used to improve one, Vantel’s or anyone else’s.
Nothing kept
Every AI provider is bound by a zero-data-retention agreement, so what they read for an answer is not stored on their side.

Every answer is cited to its source and flagged when the documents are silent. You correct it, you export it, and the call is yours.

Where it lives
Documents and data stay in the region named in your contract. For European firms that is the EU, and the AI analysis runs there too.
Encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, using established industry methods that we keep current as practice moves on.
Separation
Each firm works in its own private workspace, locked to the firm. Your settings decide which colleagues see which reviews, and nothing is shared by default.
Access
Your team signs in with their own accounts, and single sign-on is available. Access follows roles, so your admins decide who can do what, and every review has an owner.
Monitoring
Sign-ins, access to customer documents, and administrative actions are logged, and monitoring helps us notice and act on anything unusual.
If something goes wrong
We have a defined process for responding to incidents. If your data is affected, we tell you promptly and keep you informed, as the law and your contract require.
Suppliers
Every supplier that handles your documents is chosen with care and bound by a data processing agreement. You are told before a new one touches your data, and your contract sets out how you can object.
Leaving Vantel
Your data stays yours. What happens to it when you leave, including its return and its deletion, is set out in your contract.
Frameworks and regulation
Our security practices follow established international standards, and we work with cloud providers that are independently certified against them. For firms with regulatory duties of their own, such as those under DORA, our agreement is written to support your oversight.
