RFQ generation
Go to market in your firm’s name.
Vantel drafts the cover to request from the policy or your own scorecard. You decide what goes out, and one click writes the RFQ as a PDF in your logo, colours, and typefaces. You send it. Vantel never does.

How it works
From the policy to a request the market can answer.
Two decisions are yours, and nothing in between is typed twice.
The cover to request
Start from the policy. Decide what goes out.
Vantel reads the expiring policy, the client’s brief, or last year’s RFQ and drafts the cover to request: limits, deductibles, extensions, and exclusions. Or it applies your firm’s own scorecard for that line of business. Then it is your call: keep, raise, or drop each requirement.
Drafted from the documents, not from a template
Your firm’s own scorecard, when you have one
Every ask traces back to the clause it came from

Before you go out
Vantel tells you what is still open.
Your decisions
A firm ask that carries no figure a market could fail is yours to settle before the RFQ goes out.
Still to obtain
Information only the client or the incumbent holds, such as a loss history, listed so you can chase it early.
Normally rated on
The facts a market normally rates the line on, so the request does not go out thin. Nothing is filled in for you.

The RFQ
One click, in your name.
Vantel writes the submission from the requirements and the policy behind them, as a PDF in your firm’s logo, colours, and typefaces. Read it, correct a detail, write it again if the requirements change, and download it.

Your brand
Set up once, on everything that leaves.
Vantel prepares your firm’s brand kit with you: logo, colours, and typefaces. After that every RFQ carries it, and so does the comparison workbook you send your client.

On purpose
What the RFQ leaves out, and what it insists on.
It never names the incumbent
Or shows the expiring premium. Each market quotes against what you ask for, not against the bar to beat.
It asks for the same cover, or better
The requirements come from the policy and your decisions, so every ask traces back to a clause.
Nothing goes out unseen
You read the RFQ before it goes anywhere. Correct a detail, write it again, or leave it as it is.
You send it
Vantel writes the RFQ and you download it. You send it to the markets you choose, from your own inbox, and the quotes come back to you.
And then
The quotes come back to the same placement.
Add each insurer’s response and it is read against the same requirements you sent, so nothing is keyed in twice. Every answer sits side by side with the page it came from.
